Add a way for editors to fix incomplete words

Added more fields on the forms so that in the final form editors can
now select complete, list other words, list links to topics, and leave
some notes. the notes are for leaving reasons why something is blank

added querystrings onto the see_all function view to see words without
definitions, words marked complete and words marked incomplete

Added logger functions to a file nameed auditor in case I need them in
the future.

Added some includes for site text and made them markdown compatible with
template tags.

Changed some of the main site css to look better. Lighter colors and
sharper corners
