* docs #222 add how-to guide for crystal analyzer as auxiliary positioners

Covers: setup with atheta/attheta, wavelength-based positioning for
elastic scattering, save/restore (noting mode and analyzer positions
are not stored in config), and Bluesky run document integration.
Also opens issues #360 (polarizer guide) and #361 (creator_from_config
reals= support). Updates AGENTS.md with source-agnosticism note.
