fix: Update npm dependencies to resolve security vulnerabilities

- npm audit fix: resolved 41 vulnerabilities (safe, non-breaking)
- axios: 0.21.4 → 1.15.0 (fixes critical SSRF + credential leakage)
- Remaining 9 vulnerabilities are deep dependency chain issues in
  laravel-mix's webpack-dev-server and tiny-secp256k1's elliptic —
  no fix available without major version bumps

Before: 51 vulnerabilities (8 critical, 26 high, 12 moderate, 5 low)
After: 9 vulnerabilities (0 critical, 0 high, 2 moderate, 7 low)
