Drop registry-based group support (#4873)

* Drop registry-based group support

Remove the ability to deploy server groups from registry data
(thv group run). Registry-based groups were a ToolHive-specific
concept embedded in registry JSON files that is no longer supported.

Runtime groups (thv group create/list/rm) and the groups API
continue to work unchanged. The MCP optimizer's use of runtime
groups is not affected.

Changes:
- groupRunCmdFunc now returns a clear error with migration guidance
- handleGroupLookup in retriever returns "no longer supported" error
- Delete ~400 lines of dead group deployment/validation code

  supported" error instead of old group lookup behavior

- Change group run command from "deprecated" to "removed"

  stub entirely, removing unreachable dead code after the call
- Use Cobra's built-in Deprecated field to auto-hide the command
