fix: guard HomePage against missing configured home resource

MaintainedResourceRepository.findById returns null when the configured
home resource IRI is not present in the loaded list, which caused an
NPE on triggerDataUpdate() and made the start page 500. Render a clear
message pointing at the NANODASH_HOME_RESOURCE override instead.
