[v3] fix: bump libmavlike to add MAVLink v1 support in BufferParser (#2865)

Backport of #2864 to v3.

Fixes MavlinkDirect not receiving messages sent as MAVLink v1 over serial.
ArduPilot sends HEARTBEAT, SYS_STATUS, GPS_RAW_INT and others as v1 by
default; the previous libmavlike only recognised the v2 magic byte (0xFD).
