project: migrate rip pipeline to asyncio and niquests

Move rip processing to async subprocess orchestration while keeping the
Click entry point synchronous for compatibility. This reduces blocking
behaviour, aligns the runtime with anyio-backed filesystem operations,
and updates tests to cover async error handling and coverage gaps.

Regenerate managed project files to reflect the dependency transition
from requests to niquests and to add async test tooling.
