feat: simplify breadcrumb labels by stripping parent prefix and colon suffix

When a crumb's label starts with its parent's label followed by a space,
the shared prefix is now stripped (e.g. "Knowledge Pixels" > "Knowledge
Pixels Incubator" renders as "Knowledge Pixels" > "Incubator"). Any ": "
and everything after it is also trimmed from each crumb, so labels like
"Incubator 1: Some title" display as "Incubator 1".
