expand test coverage to 38 tests, add dartdoc to all model fields

Tests: comprehensive FFI integration tests covering all API endpoints:
- Info (ping, version, paths, firstRun, onboarding)
- Crash (list)
- Network (list, filter, get, setCurrent/getCurrent, testRpc)
- Contact (full CRUD lifecycle)
- StoreKey (create keypair)
- Wallet (create with progress, list, get, update, backup)
- WalletKey (get, recrypt)
- Account (create, list by wallet, get, setCurrent/getCurrent, update, delete)
- Asset (list, list with fiat conversion)
- Transaction (list, list by account)
- Nft (list)
- Token (full CRUD lifecycle)
- Web3/Connection (list)
- Raw request

Docs: added /// dartdoc to every field in all 14 model classes
(~130 fields) for pub.dev documentation quality.

Fix: Asset API now handles Map response wrapper in addition to bare List.
