rework mobile CI: use c-shared FFI instead of gomobile

Drop the platform channel approach entirely. Mobile integration tests
now use the same FFI transport as host tests:
- Android: c-shared .so built with NDK, placed in jniLibs/
- iOS: c-archive .a linked via CocoaPods
- test_app: pure Dart FFI, no native code (AppDelegate/MainActivity stripped)

This eliminates makeSocket, Unix sockets, and gomobile from the test path.
