tests/test_create_lib: add tests for full coverage and fix asyncio mock

Cover runner() when text=True but stream reads are not bytes, split_cue
when mp3splt has no stdout, and has_cover when the tag command has no
stdout. Tighten split_cue mocks so stdout.read is properly async.

When create-library tests mock asyncio.run, close the coroutine passed
in so pytest does not report an unawaited coroutine.
