feat: Go benchmark with cli/cli + comment marker support (REQ-BENCH-002)

Add Go benchmark exemplar: 25 rtmx markers across 4 packages in cli/cli
v2.60.0 (auth/login, issue/create, issue/list, pr/create, pr/list,
internal/config). Patch applies cleanly and scanner detects all markers.

Fix: Go scanner now recognizes // rtmx:req comment markers in addition
to rtmx.Req() function calls. This gap was discovered by the benchmark
itself -- the first real-world validation payoff.

- benchmarks/results/baselines/go.json: initial baseline
- internal/cmd/from_tests.go: add commentPattern to extractGoMarkersFromFile
- internal/cmd/markers_test.go: TestExtractGoCommentMarkers
