project: expand client test coverage and trim playlist ytcfg guard

Remove the duplicate session-ID check in _require_ytcfg_playlist_api; callers
already validate via ytcfg_headers. Add tests for playlist continuations,
history edge cases, and utility error paths. Reformat download_page overload
signatures for consistency.
