Remove getAcceptedTypes() from FilterInterface

Accepted types are now derived automatically from the first parameter's
type hint of the filter callable via reflection in the generator. Keeping
a separate getAcceptedTypes() method risks drift between the declared
types and the actual callable signature. Since this is a major release,
the breaking removal is acceptable.
