⚙️ Devtools Improvements - Add Extensions w/ Zod First! (#5)

* 🛠️  Add "Conditions" to DevTools

Not sure why I missed this before but it seems kind of important to know
the conditions you're evaluating in umpire!

* ✨ Generalize devtools extensions

* ✨ Add Zod devtools validation tab

* 🛠️ Zod Validation "Lazy" Init

The way it was originally written required a hook bypass and nobody
wants that really so it became necessary to wire up a way to pull the
necessary info from the devtools context "lazily". That allowed the zod
signup demo to return to "mostly" its original shape. This is obviously
still not an ideal callsite, so there's more work to do to improve this
api in general!
