Fix console error 'resource select input not found' on export (#2120) (#2158)

When only one resource is configured, _init_resources() replaces the
Select widget with HiddenInput but drops the id="id_resource" attribute.
The export_selectable_fields.js then fails to find the element.
Preserve the id attribute on the replacement widget.
