refactor: move best_diff from lifetime (NVS) to session-only (#65)

- best_diff resets on reboot instead of accumulating stale highs
- remove NVS load/save for lt_bdiff_lo/lt_bdiff_hi
- remove self-healing cap (no longer needed without persistence)
- read best_diff from session in stats API
