chore: reduce firmware flash usage (#58)

- disable WiFi Enterprise, mbedTLS ARIA/PKCS7/renegotiation/peer-cert in sdkconfig
- compress logo from 6272-byte RGB565 to 392-byte bitfield
- gzip-compress embedded HTML/CSS/SVG assets
- merge partition_fixup dual static buffers into single shared s_buf
