feat: add touch and mouse support to scenes

Enable navigation and skipping in `SplashScene` and
`TerminalScene` via pointer input.

*   Include `ebiten/inpututil` for input tracking.
*   Support mouse clicks and touch events for better
    compatibility on mobile and desktop platforms.
