feat(workspace): add worktree-based isolated development functionality

- Implemented commit function to stage and commit changes in specific worktrees
- Added fork function to create new Git worktrees with safety checks and atomic operations
- Created prune function to remove stale worktrees and clean up repository metadata
- Introduced comprehensive test suite for tool functionality including forbidden import checks
- Added pyproject.toml configuration for fabricatio-typst package
