Add circular call detection (#15)

* Add circular call detection to suppress false positives

Build per-file call graph and DFS reachability check before reporting.
Skip closures when building call graph to avoid false circular edges.
Move helper functions (reachable, recvTypeName) above run for top-down order.

Closes #6

* Fix self-lint: move helpers after run (caller before callee)

The stepdown rule requires callers above callees. run() calls
reachable() and recvTypeName(), so run must be declared first.
