build: modernize build pipeline and consolidate CI workflows

- Consolidate Linux, MacOS, and Windows workflows into a single CI matrix.
- Replace browserify, watchify, and terser with esbuild for faster builds.
- Restore and simplify the CLI (bin/cli.js) with vanilla argument parsing.
- Remove yargs and fs-extra dependencies.
- Add support for npx via the 'bin' field in package.json.
- Modernize README with jsDelivr/unpkg instructions and a single CI badge.
- Add 'exports' and 'jsdelivr' fields to package.json for better CDN support.
- Implement cross-platform 'clean' and 'skins' scripts using native Node.js.
