Support method receiver same-struct violations (#11)

* Add pointer receiver method violation detection

Extend the analyzer to detect stepdown violations in methods on the
same struct. When a method calls another method on its own receiver
and the callee is declared before the caller, report a violation.

* Add value receiver test case

Verify that value receivers (not just pointer receivers) are handled
correctly by the method violation detection.

* Add valid method ordering test (no false positives)

Verify that correctly ordered methods (caller before callee) do not
produce diagnostics.
