chore: clean up tsconfig and build scripts for TypeScript 6

- Add types:[node] — TS6 no longer auto-discovers @types packages
- Add rootDir:./src to tsconfig.lib.json — TS6 defaults rootDir to tsconfig
  directory; without it tsc errors TS5011 and emits to lib/src/ instead of lib/
- Remove allowSyntheticDefaultImports, esModuleInterop, strict,
  noUncheckedSideEffectImports — all now TS6 defaults, explicit values redundant
- build:cjs: replace deprecated --moduleResolution Node with Bundler
