Expand component unit test coverage

Add tests for GlobalView modal toggles, batch actions, search
filtering, and silent mode. Cover ProjectView tab handlers,
PanelLayout resize and mobile nav, WorkflowBar phase actions
and progress display, TaskWidget forms and tag management,
ChatWidget slash commands and subagent rendering, StatsWidget
cache stats, ReviewPanel findings, and SimpleProjectView
button handlers.
