docs(repo): introduce `figma-design-review` skill

Adds an AI agent skill for reviewing Figma designs against Spirit DS
conventions before handoff. The skill produces a structured Markdown
report with a generic checks table, severity-sorted findings, required
DS changes, and ready-to-post Figma comments.

Also extends the `figma-to-spirit` skill with a rule mapping Figma link
text styles (style names containing "link") to the DS `Link` component.
