Update beets, fix parsing artist, and include default config for the CLI (#92)

### Fixed

- Fix an issue with `beetcamp` CLI where the default config was missing.
- (#47) Fix album artist in releases with classical works.
- (#91) Update beets to 2.8.0 and populate new `genres` list field
conditionally, and fix
  related test failures.
