docs: note login/logout as NotImplementedError stubs in TODO

login/logout mutations are intentionally not wrapped — the gem uses
header-based email+token auth, not session-based auth. Client#login and
Client#logout will raise NotImplementedError with a clear message rather
than surfacing as NoMethodError.
