Event binding docs (#3164)

* Separate lifecycle events #3052

I’ve made a new viewlifecycle file that collects the `CollectionView`
and `View` documentation lifecycles in a single point.

The idea is that this should be easier to find and cuts a block of text
from the collectionview docs.

* Update the event docs #3052

Took @rafde’s suggestions to improve the event docs for the lifecycle.

* Improved the event hook documentation #3151

I've restructured the internal event and trigger documentation to take out the duplicate code and set a single point of reference for how to define listeners.

* Fix the contents links
