* docs: apps using tui-realm - opencode-kanban

closes #170

* docs(migrating-legacy): restore previous version

As this guide explains to migrate from 0.x to 1.0, not 0.x to 4.0, hence the "*Component" rename does not apply

* feat(tuirealm): change "Component" derive to be in the same namespace as the "Component" trait again

This allows to use only one import as those 2 things dont conflict.

* refactor(tuirealm): change "mock" to not be public

As it has only been enabled for target "test", it is never actually possible to use this outside of the crate itself, as target "test" only applies to the current crate.

* refactor(Cargo.toml): cleanup dependency listings
