add shell completion to the connection select name input parameter. (#1529)

* add shell completion to the connection select name input parameter.
This allows connection select --name xxx<TB><TAB> to show connections
in the current saved connections for selection.  It should have been
there from the beginning.

* latest cmdshelp files added by build docs
