feat(provider): implement model creation interface and async router operations

- Add create_completion_model and create_embedding_model methods to Provider trait
- Implement default error handling for unsupported models in provider implementations
- Update DummyProvider to support model creation with DummyModel
- Modify OpenaiCompatible to implement model creation directly in Provider trait
- Add ProviderType enum with EnumString derive for type parsing
- Change router to use dynamic Provider trait instead of specific provider types
- Update route module to handle dynamic provider references
- Implement async read/write locks for Python router access
- Add add_provider function to expose provider creation in Python bindings
- Update error-mapping dependencies and add tokio/futures-util crates
- Bump fabricatio-core version to 0.5.4-dev0
