Add weekday/dw support to DATEDIFF and DATEDIFF_BIG (#4635)

Add TSQL_WEEKDAY and TSQL_DW to the datediff_arg grammar rule, mapping to "day"
In SQL Server, DATEDIFF(weekday, ...) counts day boundaries (same as DATEDIFF(day, ...)), but Babelfish was returning a syntax error
The datepart_arg and dateadd_arg rules already had these entries; only datediff_arg was missing them
