feat: add streaming file methods to KeymasterClient and CLI

- Add createFileStream/updateFileStream to KeymasterInterface and
  KeymasterClient with maxBodyLength: Infinity for large files
- CLI create-asset-file/update-asset-file now use fs.createReadStream
  instead of fs.readFileSync to avoid loading entire file into memory
- Add maxBodyLength: Infinity to GatekeeperClient.addDataStream so
  axios streams the request body instead of buffering it
