Fix draw_all_possible_flows to accept workflow classes (#440)

* Fix draw_all_possible_flows to accept workflow classes

The documentation examples pass workflow classes (not instances) to
draw_all_possible_flows, but the implementation only handled instances,
causing a TypeError on _get_steps(). Add a _get_steps_from_class
classmethod to Workflow (works on both classes and instances) and use
it in both drawing/representation functions.

Fixes #437
