AbstractApplicationAdapter: Fix path resolution logic in getRealPath

Improved getRealPath to correctly handle relative paths (including those
starting with '/' or '\') by resolving them against the application
base path before normalization.

This ensures that leading parent directory references (e.g., "/../assets")
are correctly resolved relative to the base path, whereas previously
early normalization would strip those components.
