fix: use relative URL for file downloads in gatekeeper-client

The absolute ${serverUrl}/api/v1/ipfs/stream/... URL was resolving to the
SPA catch-all instead of the gatekeeper API. Use a relative path so it
goes through the same proxy that handles other /api/v1/* routes.
