Have both subprocess calling acceptance tests

- Have a filter for checking that the 'calmjs' namespace is operational
  as a default thing within the current Python environment; as Python
  only gained proper namespace support from version 3.3, in a typical
  PyPy or Python 2.7 environment, under certain circumstances the
  pkg_resources module loader may not be loaded properly to enable the
  support for namespaces, so we should have a way to skip that test for
  such a platform (as that is an optional feature); even then this is
  not guaranteed to work, see comments in code for details.
- In place of that, add the invocation through the calmjs entry_point,
  which should serve as a good acceptance test.
