fix: Move data-init to <template> after body

Datapages automatically connects the SSE stream using data-init,
but when user defined signals are deeper in the HTML (after data-init
in source order) the signals are not sent in the request resulting
in signal bound subjects not being received and the SSE stream failing
to be established with 400 bad request.

Split bodyAttrs into two callbacks: bodyAttrs (visibility +
reflect signals on <body>) and bodySuffix (data-init +
data-effect rendered in a <template> after body content).
This ensures all signals are available when data-init fires.
