Claude/khipu payer email expires date (#79)

* feat: forward payer_email and expires_date kwargs to Khipu API

create_checkout() accepts **kwargs for extensibility. Add explicit
handling for payer_email and expires_date so callers can pass them
via extra_args without provider-specific boilerplate.

- payer_email: pre-fills payer info in the Khipu payment form
- expires_date: ISO-8601 datetime after which the payment link expires

Both are optional; missing/falsy values are silently skipped.
