add testflows e2e tests for flamegraph and tracing dashboard

- Add flamegraph_and_tracing test suite with 3 scenarios:
  trace search table displays data, trace detail panel renders spans,
  and data link navigation updates trace_id variable
- Populate opentelemetry_span_log via Grafana Explore queries
- Register suite in regression.py and CI workflow matrix
