[#659] fix(backend): solve triple email bug and integrate BackgroundTasks

Refactored Email.send from property to method and integrated FastAPI BackgroundTasks across routes to ensure asynchronous and reliable email delivery. Strictly preserved all existing commented-out code as requested.
