* feat: add HTTP cache middleware and update JWT TokenStore interface

- Add Cache middleware with ETag, conditional requests, and LRU store
- Add CacheStore interface with context support for pluggable backends
- Update JWT TokenStore interface to accept context and return errors
- Remove Logger fields from configs, use global logger instead
- Add cache hit/miss metrics
- Add cache example with README
