chore(dependabot): use 'widen' versioning strategy for npm ecosystem (#252)

Set `versioning-strategy: 'widen'` for the npm package-ecosystem in `.github/dependabot.yml`. This ensures that for major version bumps, the new version is added to the allowed range (e.g. `^6 || ^7`) to preserve backward compatibility as a library, and for minor/patch versions, it will only bump the lockfile if it already satisfies the current range.
