feat: Add migrate DID and update icons in react-wallet and chrome extension

Add migrate registry feature to both apps with SelectInputModal dialog.
Replace Transfer icon (SwapHoriz → TransferWithinAStation) and Migrate
icon (SyncAlt → MoveUp) for better visual distinction. Bump chrome
extension manifest to v0.5.0.
