Refactor shell commander naming and enhance error reporting

- Rename ConsoleCommander to ShellCommander to align with Aspectran's terminology
- Rename DefaultConsoleCommander and JLineConsoleCommander to DefaultShellCommander and JLineShellCommander
- Update related method names (e.g., getConsoleCommander() to getShellCommander())
- Enhance error logging in AspectranNodeParser to ensure visibility before terminal closure
- Ensure original standard streams are restored in JLineShellCommander upon release
- Improve JLineTerminal thread safety and flushing during the close process
- Update Javadoc and field names to reflect the new naming convention
