Improved main menu configuration

Changes:
- Active menu item lookup peformed in ‘AdminTemplate::headerMenu()’ instead of template;
- Added primitive support for active menu item through ‘main_menu’ GET parameter;
- Added support for customizable icon (<svg> or <img>);
- Added support for hiding the label via ‘show_label’;
- Improved URI and icon sanitization;
- Passing the menu ident to the menu item structure;
- Improvements to styles of menu item;
