* ECMWF : Added a new entry for `sftlaf` and updated `long_name` for
`sftlf`; attributes are based on
https://wcrp-cordex.github.io/cordex-cmip6-data-request/

Need to update the ERA5 `stflf` attributes for the `long_name` change
