Do not quote identifiers, solves problem with uppercase column (#838)

* Do not quote identifiers, solves problem with uppercase columns

- jobs columns TEST, DISTRI, etc.. were for pgsql translated as
  "TEST", "DISTRI", etc.. This lead to errors with column not found
  since unquoted strings are autotranslated to lowercase in pgsql

* We do not support MySQL anymore, remove leftover in Schema.pm

* Update schema to 43 with unquoted identifiers
