test: Add wallet service unit tests (41 tests)

Extract pure derivation logic into derivation.ts for testability.
Tests cover BIP-84 key derivation (xpub/tpub, fingerprint, descriptors),
address caching behavior, config parsing, and wallet setup RPC flow.
